Advanced Methods for Improving RC

Only a few days left to sign-up for this practical, hands-on workshop on how to enhance team performance and improve workforce satisfaction and well-being by improving collaboration. Two experienced RC consultants will share with you their most effective methods for helping teams build shared purpose, develop a systems perspective and adopt communication practices to actively manage their interdependence. This workshop will also help you formulate specific plans for improving RC in your team, organization or client system.

The workshop will take place via Zoom from 1-5 pm ET on Weds Sept 22, Thursday Sept 23 and Friday Sept 24. The limited size of the workshop will assure you of a personalized experience and extensive interaction with the faculty and the other participants.
