We value your participation in the RC community and events, and we invite you to become a Partner in the Relational Coordination Collaborative (RCC) at the Institute for Excellence in Health and Social Systems (IEHSS).
A partnership with RCC can be mutually beneficial for you to advance your knowledge and skills specific to communication and relationships, engage in shared learning with an international RCC community and contribute to other professionals’ knowledge and skills specific to the interventions which can increase RC within and between teams.

- Standard Partnership ($125/year if you join before 6/30/21; $199/year beginning 7/1/21)
Standard Partners enjoy access to the popular monthly RCC Web Cafes – and our library of recorded Cafe videos – featuring researchers, practitioners and thought leaders using RC in their work. Cafes include discussion and networking opportunities and recent Cafes have featured presenters from IHI, NHS, Gold Coast Health and participants from the VA, Johns Hopkins, University of Texas, Northwestern, Suffolk, UNH and others. Our next Cafe is 6/17 and features RC Founder Jody Hoffer Gittell and co-author Hebatallah Naim Ali discussing their new book, Relational Analytics (registration is required). - Student Partnership ($125/year)
All of the benefits of Standard Partnership for those that qualify. Must be a current student enrolled in a degree program at an accredited educational institution that awards associate’s, baccalaureate, or graduate degrees. Includes access to an exclusive research convening at the Roundtable.
- Faculty Partnership ($125/year if you join before 6/30/21; $150/year beginning 7/1/21)
All of the benefits of Standard Partnership for those that qualify. This level is for professors and teachers who spend 75% or more of their time engaged in work at an educational or research institution.
- Premium Partnership ($975/year if you join before 7/1/21)
Premium Partners enjoy all of the benefits of Standard Partners plus expert consultation on RC measurement, research and analysis, intervention and team coaching and scholarly writing. Premium Partners also have access to digital resources including the Systematic Review Database of Research Findings, interventions and teaching and dissemination tools, and access to exclusive networking events including the annual Roundtable gathering with thought leaders.
- Organizational Partnership (Beginning at $4,975+/year for up to 6 people, fees scale with the number of participating members in the organization)
You may be aware of interest or planning to introduce your organizational leaders to leveraging relational coordination as a lens to result in improvements in team dynamics and system improvement. The RCC Organizational Partnership provides all the benefits of Premium Partnership for teams. If 5 or more members of your organization support this change effort, this option is the best choice for premium support and volume pricing.
